摘要：PURPOSE:To reduce in size a brushless motor and to eliminate steps of adhering, welding, etc., by obtaining a securing force on an inner periphery of a cylindrical block by deformation adhering of a material to be generated by ironing by an ironing jig having a plurality of small protrusions in which a distance between ends is larger than an inner diameter of the block, on an outer periphery. CONSTITUTION:A securing force is applied to inner peripheries of thin plate members by ironing by an ironing jig 5 having small protrusions 5-1 for ironing on an outer periphery in a laminated layer holding state. The force is applied to adjacent thin plate members 2-10 by extending a protrusion adhering part 2-17 by ironing on its inner periphery. That is, since the laminated layer securing force is obtained by an ironing work by a predetermined jig in a laminated state of the members 2-10 to be laminated, a continuous work is performed, and since special laminated layer securing means is not required, a yoke of a coreless radial gap type brushless motor can inexpensively be manufactured in a small size.
