In the recent days, there is an ubiquitous phenomenon all over the society that the young want to be leaders. When they were in school, in order to campaign class cadre, they spared no effort to compete with each other. When they entered the company, they wanted to be leaders every hour and moment.
As a consequence, the matter has caused a great deal of controversy in the society. The public have opposite opinions and argue with each other. As far as I am concerned, I don't think it's a good trend. Probably, someone will argue against me and say that positive for yo
securingungsters is a good thing. Nevertheless, this phenomenon will encourage unhealthy atmosphere. More and more people will merely pour attention into securing official position but not enhancing their own strength. From the point of my view, the young should calm themselves and learn from seniors so that they are able to enrich themselves. Barely in this way, can they go through the test of time to become qualified and competent leaders.
All in all, I am firmly opposed to this phenomenon. Would you like to share your opinion with me on this matter?
