集装箱船集装箱绑扎件的管理Management Of The Container Lasing Material
1. 船长应督促大副根据本船“系固手册”的规定，正确地配备各种
绑扎件，并对其进行妥善的保养，确保加固件的数量及状况满
足“系固手册”中有关加固的要求。督促装卸货时绑扎件的正确
使用，减少损坏和丢失。对于损坏的绑扎件要利用航行中的时
间积极进行修复以减少营运成本。
The captain should urge the chief officer to correctly prepare the each kind of lashing material and well maintain them under the rules of the“Lashing Manual”,and to ensure the quantity and condition of the lashing material meet the requirement of the “Lashing Manual”. The captain should also urge the crew correctly use the lashing material during the loading 、discharging and reduce the damage and loss. The damaged lashing material should be repaired during the sailing in order to reduce the operation costs.
2. 甲板部船员要熟悉各种绑扎件的功能和中、英文名称，大副应
依照本船的《系固手册》定期培训甲板部船员。
The deck department crew should be trained to familiarize the various kinds of the lashing materials’ function and their Chinese、English names. The chief officer should schedule a rugular training to the deck department crew according to the vessel’s《Lashing Manual》.
3. 对集装箱绑扎件每月进行检查、除锈和加抹牛油并做保养记
录，以保持良好的使用状态。
The crew should conduct monthly check、rust cleaning、oil wiping、record to the container lashing material keep it in good condition.
4. 在装卸货过程中，值班驾驶员和值班水手应认真负责，对装卸
工人使用绑扎件情况进行监督和指导，禁止装卸工人摔、砸绑
扎件和不当使用的情况出现。
During the loading、discharging, the duty pilot and the duty sailor should supervise and instruct the s
tevedore on the using of the lashing material, forbid the situation of breaking lashing materials and other improper use.
5. 在开舱盖时要督促工人将舱盖上的绑扎件收集留船严禁绑扎件
随舱盖一起吊送到岸上。
The chief officer should urge the stevedore to pick the lashing material left on the hatch cover together and keep them at the vessel when the crew is opening the hatch cover. Taking the lashing material with the hatch cover on
the shore is strictly forbidden.
6. 对于较易丢失的绑扎件或库存的新绑扎件，平时要统一放在指
定的位置。在使用中，大副根据配载图的要求确定使用数量，
通知水手长出库数量，并进行登记。在卸货港根据登记的出库
数量进行回收，同时进行登记。
Those lashing materials which are easy to be lost or the new reserved ones shall be put together at a designated place. When the lashing materials are being used, the chief officer should ensure the quantity according to the requirement of the stowage plan, and notice the boatswain the quantity out of the store and make a record. The chief officer should retrieve the lashing materials according to the quantity out of the store last time at the discharging port, and make a record.
7. 船舶应在每月底向公司机务主管递交“集装箱绑扎件月报表”，
无法修理的绑扎件的名称和数量填入该表。对于绑扎件的异常
损坏或丢失、与上次清点的数目有很大出入时，大副要在“集装
箱绑扎件月报表”上详细说明，经船长审阅后交公司机务主管The captain should hand in the “monthly report of the container lashing material ”to the company’ s technical supervisor at the end of each month, and fill the name and quantity of the lashing materials which can not be repaired. For the lashing materials’ abnormal damage or lost, the chief officer should make a specific instruction at the “monthly report of the container lashing material ”when the counted quantity has a tremendous difference with last time , and hand it in to the technical supervisor after the approval of the captain.
