And any patent, utility model, trade mark or name, logo, design, pattern, construction or copyright or other intellectual property rights with respect to any product under the authorized brand(s) and territory(ies), should also be authorized automatically to JINGDONG E-COMMERCE (TRADE) HONG KONG CORPORATION LIMITED and its subsidiaries, affiliates, websites, business partners and c
ooperation websites. Note: The brand image, trade mark and other relevant certificates should be attached together with this paper.
