摘要：The voltage converter has a measurement element (42) of clear transparent
crystalline material in the electric field between an inner conductor and an outer conductor. The measurement element influences polarised light passed through it under the influence of the electric field and the Pockel effect. The crystal has two parallel walls (43,44) which are transverse with respect to the field lines. A 180 degree deflection prism (72) is arranged at the high voltage side wall (44). A polarised light input coupler (70,81) and two output couplers are arranged at the low voltage side wall. The reflected light (L2) is divided into two beams (L3,L4), and one passed via a quarter wave plate (74) to a first analyser (75). The other beam is passed through a second analyser (78), and both beams are fed to output couplers.
