为oracle数据库创建⼝令⽂件如果从远端以sysdba⽅式登录oracle数据库服务器的时候报
ORA-01031:insufficient privileges
错误，可以通过创建⼝令⽂件的⽅式解决
创建⼝令⽂件的⽅式如下：

使⽤orapwd命令创建⼝令⽂件
ora_test@oracle[/home/oracle]> orapwd file=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/orapw$ORACLE_SID
> password=oracle entries=10 force=y
登录数据库，检查REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE参数
如果REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE参数指为none，设置为exclusive，然后重启数据库
ora_test@oracle[/home/oracle]> sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.1.0 - Production on Tue Feb 2 20:47:40 2010
