Delivering Your Presentation
1). What to say
presentation什么意思to get audience’s attention
to welcome and greet your audience
to introduce yourself
to state the purpose of your presentation
to transit from this part to that one
to outline the structure of your presentation
to state how you will deal with the after-presentation questions.
2).Make full use of visual aids, voice elements, non-verbal communication, etc.
The way you present your speech through your body language and tones of voice will affect your audience.
Avoid using visual aids like films, chalkboards, flip charts, slides, PowerPoints and videotapes if  you think they’ll distract the audience from your presentation or if you lack confidence in your ability to integrate them into your presentation in an effective way.
