摘要
摘要:本作品面向自然灾害及突发事故的应急破障、救援,采用液压-机械复合式分级顶升技术,具有高效率实现大行程顶升、扩张以及辅助剪切和辅助水平调节等功能。作品由液压往复式驱动机构,推顶机构,剪切机构,辅助水平调节机构等组成。在液压驱动机构的往复式驱动下,推顶机构实现多级顶升,高效率地完成大行程的撑顶或扩张。液压驱动机构与辅助剪切机构组合,可用于不同材料的丝、筋、板条的剪切。底座辅助水平调节机构具有斜度调节功能,便于工具在斜坡上使用。
本文考虑以液压装置作为动力传动部件,重点针对该救援工具中推顶机构进行研究和设计。本文设计的推顶部件考虑以伸缩式的结构减小其未使用时的体积及质量,并在其使用时可以实现多级延伸撑顶功能,完成工具的大距离撑顶功能。

Abstract:This tool is used in natural disasters and emergency incidents to break barriers and rescue, using hydraulic - mechanical lifting composite grading technology with high efficiency to achi

Tools is made up of a hydraulic reciprocating drive institutions , pushing institutions, cutting institutions, supporting the level of regulatory institutions and so on. By the reciprocating driven of hydraulic drive institutions, pushing institutions can achieve the multi-level, high efficiency, large stroke of the pushing or expansion. Auxiliary hydraulic drive institutions can be used for shearing different materials, like wire, bars and so on. The level of regulatory institutions in the base assisted with slope adjustment function, easy to use tools in the slope.
We consider a hydraulic device as a transmission of the power, focusing on the top of the rescue tools to push research and design institutions. The pushing institutions designed to consider the structure of retractable when not in use to reduces the volume and quality, and in its use can be achieved when the top features multi-level extension of stay to complete supporting from the top of the big features.
