Step 1 Warming—up (复习 ——温故、引新)
1）放歌曲The Four Seasons，师生一起欣赏。
2）师生共同学唱歌曲Spring，不要求一次学会。
3）值日生英语汇报。
Step 2. Presentation (呈现 ——输入、理解)
1）教师首先引出本课的话题：
We have learnt about months of the year．
Who can tell me how many months are there in a year?
....
What are they?
....
Good! Today we will learn something about SEASONS．
There are four SEASONS in a year．
Usually, three months makes a SEASON．
Now, who can tell me what a SEASON is in Chinese?
....
2）展示本课的教学挂图，让学生观察，教师介绍：
The first season in a year is SPRING．
In China, SPRING is February, March and April．
We have just learnt a song．Do you like it? Do you know what it is about?
Yes, it's about SPRING! Look! This is spring．
3）展示教学挂图，教师指着挂图，让学生听录音，理解语篇的主要内容。
4）教师根据学生需要解释某些生词，帮助学生理解文段。
5）再播放录音，让学生听后模仿，可以根据实际情况多播放几遍录音。
Step 3 Practice (操练 ——内化、熟练)
让学生合上书看挂图，教师播放录音，让学生听录音模仿。
Step 4 Production (练习——输出、检测)
完成练习册习题。
