摘 要
本文主要研究并设计了基于机器视觉识别技术的液晶屏功能显示缺陷检测软件系统。重点对缺陷检测算法的研究和软件界面的程序设计。在研究LCD电性测试特点以及显示缺陷种类的基础上,采用机器视觉技术,研究图像预处理算法以及基于图像配准方法的液晶缺陷检测算法,调用图像处理算法对图像进行处理并判定缺陷大小,类型等,输出缺陷检测信息。该系统对常见的LCD功能缺陷能够有效的检测,对长宽都不大于200mm的液晶片,其检测精度为0.1mm,速度为1张/s。该软件系统能够代替人眼实现LCD各类显示缺陷的快速、自动检测。

ABSTRACT
This dissertation has researched and designed a software system which is based on machine vision recognition technology to detect the defect of LCD. It focuses on the algorithms of defect detection and the program designing of the software interface. First we
have researched the electrical characteristics of LCD and the types of the display defect. We use the machine vision technology to research the image pre-processing algorithm, and the LCD defect detection algorithm which is based on image registration method. The system uses image processing algorithms to process images and determines the size, type of defect and defect information of detection. The system can effectively detect the common defects of LCD. For the liquid crystal film of which the length and width both are less than 200mm, the detection accuracy of the system is 0.1mm, and the speed is 1 piece/s. The system can replace the human eye to achieve rapid, automatic detection of various types of LCDs.
