glutinous做粽子的过程英语简单
    Making Zongzi
Zongzi, also known as sticky rice dumplings, is a traditional Chinese food often eaten during the Dragon Boat Festival. Here is a simple guide on how to make zongzi:
    Ingredients:
    - Glutinous rice
    - Bamboo leaves
    - Fillings (such as pork belly, salted egg yolk, dried shrimp, etc.)
    - String
    Instructions:
    1. Soak the bamboo leaves in water overnight to soften them.
    2. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for at least 2 hours.
    3. Prepare your fillings by marinating them in soy sauce and other seasonings.
    4. Take two bamboo leaves and overlap them to form a cone.
    5. Put a spoonful of glutinous rice into the cone and press it down.
    6. Add in your fillings, then cover it with more rice.
    7. Fold the bamboo leaves over the rice to create a triangular shape. Be sure to tuck the corners in so the filling won't spill out.
    8. Tie the zongzi with string, making sure it's tight enough to hold the shape but not too tight that it will break the leaves.
    9. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
    10. Boil the zongzi in a large pot of water for 2-3 hours until they become soft.
    11. Take them out of the pot and let them cool for 10-15 minutes before unwrapping them.
    12. Serve and enjoy!
Making zongzi is a great activity to do with family and friends. It may take some practice to perfect the wrapping technique, but it's definitely worth it for the delicious result.。
