Medicinal bottles made of moulded soda lime glass.
[Appearance] Apply an appropriate quantity to observe bottle under a natural light. It should be colorless transparent or brown transparent; the surface should be clean and smooth and without obviously defects; any cracks are not allowed.
[Identification] Linear Thermal Expansion: (7.6~9.0)×10-6K-1(20~300℃). It meets the requirements of the determination of mean linear thermal expansion﹤YBB00202003-2015﹥or the determination of linear thermal expansion﹤YBB00212003-2015﹥.
[Joint Line] : not more than 0.3mm on bottles mouth; not more than 0.5mm on other parts.
[Hydrolytic Resistance of Grains at 121℃]: level 2. It meets the requirements of glass-hydrolytic resistance of glass grains at 121-test method and classification﹤YBB00252003-2015﹥.
[Hydrolytic Resistance of the Interior Surfaces]: level HC3. It meets the requirements of glass-hydrolytic resistance of the interior surfaces at 121-test method and classification﹤YB
B00242003-2015﹥.
[Thermal Shock]: should not be broken after thermal shock test on 42℃. It meets the requirements of the first method of the determination of thermal shock and thermal shock strength﹤YBB00182003-2015﹥.
[Internal Stress]: Optical Path Difference (OPD) is not more than 40mm/mm. It meets the requirements of the determination of internal stress﹤YBB00162003-2015﹥.
[Leaching Content of As, Sb, Pb, Cd]: As is not more than 0.2mg/L; Sb is not more than 0.7mg/L; Pb is not more than 1.0mg/L; Cd is not more than 0.25mg/L. It meets the requirements of the determination of the leaching content of As, Sb, Pb, Cd﹤YBB00372004-2015﹥.
[Vertical Axis Deviation] Should conform to the specifications in Table 1. It meets the requirements of the determination of the vertical axis deviation﹤YBB00192003-2015﹥.
