1.13th Month Salary

Hanwha will pay the employee the 13th month salary on the pro-rata base according to the actual service months of a calendar year。In the first calendar year,it is not eligible to the employee who joins after December 15.

2.mandatory social benefits

Hanwha will pay all social benefits(social insurance and government mandatory housing fund)in one ciyt:HUKOU”city,working location or the current social benefits location。Confirmed with the Employee,Hanwha will pay his/her social benefits in Shanghai in the whole employment period。

Hanwha will contribute government mandatory social benefits on a 12-month basis according to prevailing government regulation。
The employee is obliged to pay individual portion of government mandatory social benefits according to prevailing government regulation。

3.Variable Bonus

Depending on Company performance,individual performance and his service months in the calendar year,the Employee is entitled to maximum 2 months salary as annual variadle bonus。In the first calendar year,it is nor eligible to the Employee who joins after Oct 1.
依据公司业绩、员工个人绩效及其在本公历年度实际服务月数,员工享有不超过2个月月薪的年终奖金。在10月1日后入职的员工,当年度不适用此条款。
The Employee has the obligation to pay Individual Tax according to the relevant regulations。Hanwha shall withhold the Individual income Tax and make the payment to the local tax authority on behalf of the Employee。
根据中国税法,员工负担个人所得税,并有韩华从每月工资中代扣代缴。
To assist Hanwha in protecting the confidences of company policy and other relative information,ALL hanwha-related information received during the course of your interview period and employment must be kept confidential。ANY related information which comes to your attention may NOT be discussed with any third Party。
