职位描述: Training 1.联系培训老师、确定培训主题、内容与方式; Contact with trainer to confirm training theme, content and method 2.协助编制培训教材,收集、提交有关背景材料,并对培训教材进行评估; Assist to compile and evaluate training document and related background material 3.根据培训计划,做好培训日程安排和会务相关准备 Develop training schedule according to training plan and make related arrangement 4.开展培训效果的评估,提出改进意见; Conduct training effect evaluation and put forward improvement; 5.建立员工培训时间、课程等信息档案,记录员工培训动态情况; Establish staff training time and course and other information file to record staff training process 6.根据公司培训需求与外部培训公司接洽,对课程进行初步筛选,并向相关部门、个人提交外训建议; Contact with external training institute based on company training requirement and make initial selection for course and provide external training suggestion to related dept and employ; 7.评估员工职称状况,对于存在职称达不到岗位要求人员进行培训,以获取岗位所需职称要求. Requirements:
