生产经理职位说明书
一、职位目的
负责车间的全面管理工作,做好生产计划管理、质量管理、设备管理、安全管理、成本管理、人员管理、工艺技术管理、组织与团队建设及其它相关工作,确保车间生产计划的顺利完成,并持续提升车间总体生产能力和劳动生产率。
二、主要职责
1、生产计划管理
(1)负责车间生产资源、需求、条件的分析,分解公司下达的主生产计划,合理安排车间内部各班组年、季、月度生产计划。
(2)保持与公司高层的沟通,把握实际需求,及时调整生产计划。
2、质量管理
(1)依据质量认证要求,制定各工段质量控制标准,并对最终完成结果进行考核。
(2)指导监督车间各生产环节工作质量能够按要求进行,及时发现质量异常状况并协调解决。
3、设备管理
(1)合理配置车间各种生产设备及非生产设备,杜绝设备浪费。
(2)制订年度和月度车间固定资产管理工作计划以及突发应变计划。
(3)监督指导设备管理人员对车间所有生产性和非生产性设备及其它固定资产进行登记造册及日常维护管理。
(4)对设备使用情况进行日常操作巡视,进行操作教导、督导,发现问题及时纠正,保证设备使用安全及正常运行。
4、安全管理
(1)制定车间安全文明生产的标准,并对工作中出现的违规现象进行监督与考核,消除安全隐患,杜绝安全事故。
5、成本管理
(1)制订各品种物耗及成品率指标,控制各生产品种的成本达到计划成本。
6、人员管理
(1)指导各工段制订日作业计划,监督各工段的工作总结、统计及交班工
作。
(2)指导下属人员进行物料的领取及发放。
(3)对生产过程中出现的偏差及时给予矫正,并对各工段工作结果进行考核。
(4)统计数据、分析、汇总,合理编制车间定员定额,保证客观、科学、合理,减少内部冗员。
(5)根据生产量实施绩效工资分配方案,保证公正公平。
7、工艺技术管理
(1)负责拟定工艺规程与技术标准文件。
(2)拟定工艺攻关计划,进行工艺技术攻关实验,通过改进工艺来降低生产成本、提高质量、提高生产效率。
(3)监督检查生产车间工艺技术参数及工艺卫生的执行情况,出具考核意见。
8、组织与团队建设
(1)负责制定车间内部相关流程与制度并实施。
(2)负责对下属人员进行绩效考评、面谈等工作,确保年度工作目标的达成。
(3)编写年度工作总结报告,总结车间内部工作,提出改进措施。
(4)负责对下属人员进行培训及调配工作,确保团队执行力持续提升。
(5)营造良好的工作氛围,有效激励、领导团队。
9、其它
完成领导交办的临时任务。

2、知识

(4)掌握药学或相关专业基本知识、药品生产工艺设计相关知识、GMP知识、生产品种的产品知识;
(5)掌握一定的人力资源管理、财务成本管理、质量管理知识;
(6)精通药物制剂生产工艺流程。
3、技能
(1)良好的沟通、组织协调能力,有效配置资源,解决实际问题能力;
(2)能有效收集相关信息,具有正确的判断能力;
(3)具有管理技巧,有多种管理方法带领团队完成任务;
(4)具有较好的电脑操作和相关软件基本应用能力。
Position Description for Manufacturing Manager
一、Purpose of position
Responsible for the overall management of the facility, including production plan management, quality management, equipment management, security management, cost management, personnel management, process technology management, organization and team construction and other related work, to ensure that products are produced and stored according to GMP, and to continuously improve the facility’s overall productivity.
二、Responsibility
1、Production Plan Management
(1)Responsible for the analysis of the facility’s production resources and requirements, decomposition of the main production plan, reasonable arrangement of the facility’s monthly, quarterly and annual production plan.
(2)Keep pace with company’s senior management, adjust the production plan based on the actual demand.
2、Quality Management
(1)According to GMP requirements, establish quality control procedures for all stages of production, and appraise the final results of products.
(2)Supervise all stages of production to comply with GMP requirements, find any quality deviation in time and coordinate to solve.
3、Equipment Management
(1)Rationally allocate production equipment and non-production equipment, make sure production equipment can be designed, located and maintained to suit its intended purpose.
(2)Reasonably arrange fixed asset management plan and other contingency plans on a monthly or annual basis.
(3)Supervise equipment maintenance personnel’s responsibilities, including registering and cataloging production equipment and non-production equipment and other fixed assets, and daily maintenance management.
(4)Check the usage status of equipment on a daily basis, make sure equipment is used in a safe and normal way and present no hazard to the quality of products.
4、Security Management
(1)Establish safety standards for production, supervise and assess violations of rules and regulations during production, ensure potential safety hazard is eliminated.
5、Cost Management
(1)Establish all production indexes such as material consumption and yield, make sure the cost for each batch is not beyond its preset cost.
6、Personnel Management
(1)Instruct operators in all stages of production to establish daily manufacturing plan, supervise all operators’ everyday manufacturing performance, manufacturing summary and manufacturing statistics.
(2)Instruct operators to check receiving on each material delivery.
(3)Reasonably establish rated number of operators for production to reduce redundant personnel.
(4)Implement performance salary allocation scheme based on quantity of production batch in a just and fair manner.
7、Process Technology Management
(1)Draw up process procedures and technical standard documents and ensure their strict implementation.
(2)Make plans for process improvement and take actions to make experiments to set optimum parameters.
(3)Check process parameters and process sanitation for each batch, and appraise the process results.
8、Organization and Team Construction
(1)Establish organizational procedures and regulations and put into effect.
(2)Write the facility’s annual summary report of production work, and take actions to improve.
(3)Provide training for all the personnel and arrange them into suitable positions, make sure team executive ability can continue to enhance.
