DOS下的刷新步骤：
1. Power on system开机
2. Press Fn+F2 into Setup utility 按FN+F2进入BIOS
3.选择 Configuration -> BIOS Back Flash 开启 Enable
4.选择 Boot-> Boot Mode选择 Legacy Support
5. 选择Boot-> Boot Priority选择 Legacy Firstbios setup
6. F10保存重启
7. 启动到 Dos
8. 运行  to update bios
windows下的刷新步骤：
