摘要：PURPOSE:To perform initialization at high speed, by setting an address and a size to be initialized, and performing the DMA transfer of data for initialization of size share from a set address by a start up signal. CONSTITUTION:A DMA circuit 6 which executes the initialization of a memory 5 by the DMA transfer is constituted of an address counter 9, a transfer number counter 10, and a register 11, etc., and the data for the initialization is set at the register 11. And at the time of initializing the memory 5 by an MPU3, the address to be initialized is set at the counter 9, and the number of transfer at the counter 10, respectively, and a bus usage request generation circuit 7 starts up a timing control circuit 8 by a start up request signal (e) from the MPU3 via a preference control circuit 4, and outputs the contents of the register 11 and the counter 9, and writes them on the memory 5. Furthermore, the contents of the counters 9 and 10 are updated at every DMA transfer, and the data for initialization in the register 11 is written in a prescribed area on the memory 5 by the number of transfer.
