中国远大集团有限责任公司（以下简称中国远大集团）成立于1993年，系股份制集团公司，总部位于北京亚运村远大中心。作为一家经营管理型投资公司，中国远大集团主营业务涵盖医药健康、置业投资、贸易产业及金融服务等产业领域。

1、医药健康产业
在医药健康产业领域，中国远大集团已形成以华东医药股份有限公司为龙头企业的发酵技术产
业发展平台，以远大医药（中国）有限公司为龙头企业的化学合成药产业发展平台，以拥有近三百年历史的雷允上药业集团公司为龙头企业的现代中药产业发展平台，以远大蜀阳药业为龙头企业的血液制品、生物疫苗及生物制药产业发展平台；提供化学制剂、中药制剂、以血液制品及疫苗为基础的生物制剂等三大类近千品种的成药制剂品种；生产多种大宗原料药和甾体激素类、肾上腺素类等多种特原料药、精细化工中间体和保健品等多个类别的医药相关产品；已形成各专业领域的营销体系，多项产品通过欧洲COS认证和美国FDA认证。

1. Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare Industry
In the field of pharmaceuticals and healthcare industry, CGE has established several core industrial platforms within her controlled subsidiary companies. These include Huadong Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. that plays a leading role in fermentation-based pharmaceutical pro
duction, Grand Pharma (China) Co. Ltd. a leader in synthetic chemistry-based pharmaceutical production, Lei Yunshang Pharmaceutical Group with a nearly 300-year history operating in the production of modern Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Grand Shuyang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. focusing on the production of blood products, vaccines and other biopharmaceutical products.  CGE pharmaceutical and healthcare industry produces nearly a thousand pharmaceutical products which belong to three major categories including synthetic chemical drugs, traditional Chinese medicines and biopharmaceuticals consisting mainly of blood products and vaccines. Among the products of CGE pharmaceutical and healthcare industry are included various bulk active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), steroid hormones, adrenalines and a variety of other specialty APIs, fine chemicals and chemical intermediates, healthcare products and various other classes of pharmaceutical related products. CGE pharmaceutical and healthcare industry has established marketing systems in various specific fields, and many products have passed European COS certifications and US FDA inspections.
CGE views her pharmaceutical R&D as having strategic importance and continues to inves
t a large amount of funds in specific areas. China Grand Property Investment Group (hereinafter referred to as CGPIG), an affiliate of CGE, is a holding group company that develops commercial real estate and residential real estate. Its businesses include the investment and development of shopping malls, hotels, office buildings and high-, middle- and low-end residences. Its investment regions cover Beijing, Tianjin, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Sichuan, Guizhou, Shaanxi, Hainan, Heilongjiang, Jilin and other provinces and cities. 3、金融服务产业

远大物产集团有限公司，起始于1994年，是国内大型的采购贸易商之一，连续五年被评为中国500强企业及中国服务百强企业。经过19年的努力，现已发展成为包含石化、金属、农产品等采购、组织、分销一体化的贸易商。同时，远大物产集团有限公司也为国内的中小型进出口企业提供小额信贷的金融服务。
天津远大联合汽车贸易服务有限公司，以经销高档进口汽车为核心业务，代理全球知名品牌汽车，与美国、欧洲、日本等汽车制造商建立了长期、稳定的合作采购关系，在国内拥有400余家合作经销商，建立了覆盖全国的销售服务体系，同时也提供汽车金融服务。
4. Commercial Trade Business
Grand Resources Group Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GRG), established in 1994, is among the largest trading companies for commercial goods in China. For the past five years, it has been consecutively listed in the “Top 500 Enterprises of China”, and in the “Top 100 Service Enterprises of China”. Over the past 19 years, GRG has developed into a comprehensive trading company with integrated procurement, organization and distribution for goods including petrochemicals, metals, agricultural products and others. GRG also has financial service business in the area of providing small loans to small- and mid-sized import and export companies.
