ArcGis 10.0打不开,出现FLEXnet Licensing error:-15,570解决办法
ARCgis安装完成后，可以正常运行
server error啥意思但是后来出现就弹出对话框：
license: cannot connet to license system. The license server manager(Imgrd) has beeen started yet,the wrong port@host or license file is being used,or the port or hostname in the license been changed. Feature:ARC/INFO Server name:我的计算机名字 License path:@我的计算机名字； FLEXnet Licensing error:-15,570
这种问题是由于“许可服务器”尚未启动，解决办法是

The most common cause of this error is that the license server has not been started. To start the license server
1. In LMTOOLS, click the Start/Stop/Reread tab > Start Server. 
2. Return to the Server Status tab and click Perform Status Inquiry to verify that licenses are now available.
If you receive the error again, the configuration of the service could be incorrect. To check and, if necessary, correct the configuration 
1. On the Config Services tab, verify that all three paths are entered correctly and the 'Use Services' option is enabled. 
2. Correct any errors in the service configuration and click Save Service.
3. On the Start/Stop/Reread tab in LMTOOLS, click Start Server. 
4. Return to the Server Status tab and click Perform Status Inquiry to verify that licenses are now available.
这个是在网上到的中文的解决方法，我第一次是按照这个解决的：
此错误的最常见原因是，许可服务器尚未启动。启动许可服务器
在 LMTOOLS 中，单击“Start/Stop/Reread”选项卡 >“Start Server”。

我第一次是按照这个解决的，几天后出现同样问题，这次我换了一种方法，也解决了这个问题，下面截图说明，嘿嘿，以防再次出现同样问题的时候使用。。。
 
我第二次解决的方法是
如下图 
1、启用lincense server Adinistrator
2、本来是停止的，点击启动，然后变成下图。
3、最长借用时间：本来默认的是30天，有可能是期限到了，所以启用出现问题，将其改成365天或者更长。

ok，大功告成
