摘要：The present invention provides a fault current limiter which can reduce an abnormal current, such as a fault current, in a power system through the magnetic turn-
off which increases the reactance of an electric circuit by changing the magnetic circuit. The fault current limiter for limiting a current supplied through a power supply path, according to the present invention, includes: an iron core having three legs of which the upper and lower portions are connected to each other; a primary winding wound around each of the three legs of the iron core and having both ends connected to the power supply path; and a secondary winding wound around each of the three legs of the iron core and having both ends connected to each other by a first switching device.
