摘要：Disclosed are a method and device for establishing a session. The method comprises: an access network (AN) receiving first downlink data from a user-plane function (UPF), the first downlink data comprising a first user equipment (UE) network
protocol (IP) address and first tunnel identifier information; the AN sending a first message to an access and mobility management function (AMF), the first message comprising the first UE IP address and the first tunnel identity information; and the AN receiving a second message from the AMF, the second message comprising a context for establishing a first session, the first session being a session that corresponds to the first UE IP address and the first tunnel identity information. According to the method for establishing a session provided by the present application, a first session corresponding to a first UE IP address and first tunnel identity information can be established.
