眼底图像数据库管理系统

[摘  要] 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是严重的致盲性眼病，早期发现与意义重大。新的DR国际临床分型标准主要依据视网膜内微动脉瘤、网膜内出血、视网膜内微血管异常等症状进行判别和分型。目前，眼底数字照相系统在多家医院被普及，可以通过散瞳或非散瞳方式得到眼底彩图像，也可通过荧光素眼底血管造影（FFA）方式得到眼底的灰度图像。但目前与硬件配套的图像管理软件不便于对历史病例进行管理和进一步分析，更不能进行系统自动分型并给出建议。
本次设计任务拟开发一个眼底图像的管理系统，能够按病例导入图像数据和相关病人信息，完成基本的图像数据库管理功能，设计同眼底图像分析模块的接口，实现对眼底图像管理。

[Abstract] Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a serious blinding eye disease, early detection and treatment is very important. New international standards for the DR clinical classification based mainly on the retinal micro aneurysms, retinal hemorrhage, retinal microvascular abnormalities and other symptoms and sub-type identification. At present, the digital fundus camera system to be universal in many hospitals, we can obtain fundus true-color images through proliferate pupil or no-proliferate pupil ways, and also used fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) get the fundus gray image. However, image management software which binding hardware is not convenient to historical cases manage and further analysis, it can’t be automatic classification and gives treatment recommendations.
The design task to develop a management system for fundus images, it can be imported a patient’s image data and related information, realization of the basic functions for the image database management, designed an interface for fundus images analysis module, to achieve the fundus image management.
