1简单介绍
盐度计YO-100D⽤来测量在蒸馏⽔或者淡⽔中盐,杂质,化学药剂的浓度。测量⽅法是检测⽔的导电性。当⽔中盐,杂质,化学药剂的浓度超过30PPM时,这个装置的警报灯将会
亮亮起来,同时,⾼浓度警报会发送到监视系统。

5安装和接线的⽅法
5.1 安装
观察安装的地⽅,有时还需要测量。合适的地⽅安装需要注意下列事项:
a.盐度感应器必须安装在不被感染的地⽅。或者较少化学品影响的地⽅
(盐度感应器是通过检测⽔的导电性的)。
b.不要选择在有电磁的地⽅(避免放在电池阀或者是马达的地⽅)。
c.避免安装在有明显震动的地⽅。
d.应选择环境温度尽可能合适的地⽅安装。
e.选择时,应远离在正常温度都有⽔滴的地⽅。

5.2 接线
为了使线缆接通设备,应按照图纸的正确来连接电路。当最后结束时,紧固线缆,使得电线不易松脱。这个设备使⽤交流210V – 230V。因此,确保规定的电压被使⽤。
6 操作⽅法
1)按下电源开关⑤,提供电⼒,电源灯②亮。
2)设置⾃检开关?到“Normal“位置。
3)设置⽔的补偿把⼿?到盐度感应器安装的⽔的温度。
4)显⽰屏显⽰⽔的浓度为15ppm。
7 设置警报的⽅法
我们有两种警报。⼀种是本地⼆进制警报和远程模拟警报(4-20mA)
7.1 本地警报
为了改变本地⼆进制警报,⼀直按住键④同时调节警报设置⑦可变电阻获得设定值,设定在显⽰屏⑥上可以显⽰。为了检测设定值,按按钮④,显⽰屏会显⽰设定值。为了测试设定值,将⾃检开关?放到“self-test“位置,顺时针转动把⼿?。当显⽰屏⑥显⽰超过设定值时,警报灯⑤会亮。当测试完成后,⾃检开关?放到”Normal”位置.(这意味着感应信号已经连接到感应器了)
7.2 远程警报
远程警报完成通过I.A.S(4-20mA 模拟信号)
8 保修和检查
8.1 清洗电极
为了保养机器,⾄少6个⽉拿出感应器清洗.
a.从阀上取下感应器.
b.使⽤柔软的布(废布等),擦拭掉感应器表⾯的灰和结垢.
8.2 怎样取出感应器
a.取下电接头①。
b.旋出和拿出螺母②。

INSTRUCTION MANUAL FOR SALINITY INDICATOR
1 General Description
The salinity indicator YO-100D is capable of making measurement of the
density of salinity, impurity, chemicals in the distilled water or fresh water. Salinity
detecting method is conductivity check of water.
This equipment is so designed that it causes the alarm lamp to light when the density of salinity, impurity, chemicals is over the setting point (30 PPM).Also in the same time salinity high alarm signal can be issued to the monitoring system. When the density of salinity, impurity, chemicals returns to less than setting
point (30 PPM), alarm is automatically released.
DC 4mA - 20mA output signal (0 - 170 ppm) is supplied to alarm monitoring system (ECR Console).

12) Adjusting Knob for Self Test -The self test switch position to ’Test’,turn
adjusting knob to the clockwise, the indicating
digit will increase.
At 30 PPM, alarm lamp and external volt signal
relay are operated.
13) Temp. Compensating Knob -For use in compensating the variation
of electric conductivity due to
temperature of the distilled water being
measured.( 5°C - 150°C)
14) Terminal Block -Terminal for wire connection.
5. Method For Mounting And Wiring
5.1 Mounting
Respecting the mounting place of measuring instruments, correctly mount them at optimum place paying attentions to the followings.
