1 PRODUCT OVERVIEW
AX20XX is an 8051 Compatible high performance mixed signal 8-bit microcontroller. It
integrates advanced digital and analog peripherals to suit for a variety of applications. For
digital peripherals, it supports a variety of digital interfaces including UART, SPI0 and
SPI1, four timers, integrates an USB 2.0 full speed OTG controller and a MP3 Decoder
Engine. For analog peripherals, it integrates RTCC, DAC, ADC, PLL-based clock
generator, a low voltage detector and two low dropout voltage regulator.
The microcontroller employs an advanced RISC-based architecture and compatible with
standard 8051 with throughput of up to 48MIPS. All instructions are single-cycled except
program branching.
