摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain toughness and weight reduction by
sandwiching foaming polyethylene between a base board and a plate material, and molding a lightweight plate by arranging plural supports in the foaming polyethylene.SOLUTION: A tough lightweight plate 1 is molded from a plate material 2 having a
recess/projection on a surface, a base board 3, supports and foaming polyethylene 5, and an antislipping projection part 2a is formed on an upper surface of the plate material 2. While arranging plural supports between the plate material 2 and the base board 3, the plural supports are suspended by the plate material to be arranged in a ladder shape, and a construction material of the plate material 2, the base board 3 and the supports is extremely lightly manufactured as glass fiber reinforced polyester. The foaming polyethylene 5 is filled between the plate material 2 and the base board 3, and a recessed part 6 is arranged in this lightweight plate 1 to be formed as a hole for draining rainwater gathered in a side-ditch. Thus, the plate can be easily installed and removed to improve the working efficiency.
