有人说打补丁，但是 补丁是p8670579_112010_LINUX ，11g版本的，不适用，而且我也没有到12c版本的，其他方式也尝试了一下，后来也没有到什么好的解决办法。最后我跳过了，完成了安装。
之后自己配置一下监听就可以了。
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/lsnrctl start LISTENER
如果报错
TNS-12537: TNS:connection closed
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00507: Connection closed
Linux Error: 29: Illegal seek
解决：
1、修改主机名，比如oracle
hostname oracle
2、修改文件
[root@oracle etc]# cat /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost
::1 oracle
3、在/etc/sysconfig/network修改主机名为oracle。(没有文件夹和文件就新建)
[root@oracle etc]# cat /etc/sysconfig/network
NETWORKING=yes
HOSTNAME=oracle
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/lsnrctl start LISTENER 成功
