题 目:基于组态王的串级压力监控系统设计
摘 要
本文在对组态软件学习的基础上,结合实验室设备及其控制器的类型,应用组态软件(组态王)开发上位机监控系统。根据监控系统的设计方案,开发了用于人机交互的主监控画面和各子系统的监控画面;通过组态王的“设备配置向导”定义外部设备,实现了上位机和下位机(PLC、变频器)之间的通信,并在此基础上,利用数据改变命令语言实现了上位机和PLC间的自定义协议;编写了控制程序,实现了串级压力监控系统的仿真调试。另外,监控系统还具有参数设定功能,报表功能,数据的曲线显示和查询功能。
经过仿真调试,设计完成了监控系统自动控制、报表、历史趋势曲线、实时趋势曲线等程序模块的调试,验证了监控系统的可靠性。最后,对组态软件应用于监控系统的设计和开发工作进行了总结和展望。

Abstract
Based on configuration software study and combined with lab equipment and its application, the controller type configuration software (KingView) create PC monitoring system. According to the monitoring system, this paper designed and developed the Lord Monitor screen which is used in man-machine interaction between each subsystem and monitor screen. The "equipment configuration guide" of the KingView defines equipments, so that realizes the communication of upper and lower machine (PLC, frequency converter).On basis of that, the Data Change Command Language realizes上位机软件开发培训 user-defined protocol between the computer and PLC , writes control programs and realizes the simulation test of the cascade pressure monitoring system. In addition, the monitoring system has the parameter setting function, the reporting function, the curve of data report s
howing function and the querying function.
Through the simulation testing, this paper designs the automatic control process procedures of the monitoring system, the reporting procedures of the monitoring system, the historical trend curves procedures of the monitoring system and the real-time trends curves procedures of the monitoring system, and verifies the reliability of the monitoring system. Finally, the applications of the configuration software in the design and development of the monitoring system is summarized and prospected.
