Under normal circumstances, even if the brake fluid is too small, does not affect the braking effect, but if the brake fluid is too small, it will lead to brake pedal down, brake failure.
Suggestion: if the brake fluid is not reduced by the wear of the brake pad, it is caused by leakage. The brake fluid must be added immediately, and the car will be repaired. Because it is about safety, we must not neglect it.
The brake fluid shall be above the lowest point. If close to the lowest point, the brake pads are worn out.
Steering gear oil
How much oil should not change in the steering gear?. A slight
leak will be apparent. Many automobile steering wheels are made of different containers, which are transparent and opaque.
Normal condition: as long as the steering fluid is between the highest point and the lowest point, it is ok. You can also do it yourself, using special liquid, but be sure to use the same type of fluid as the automatic transmission, otherwise it is harmful and useless.
There is too much oil in the steering gear: there is too much oil in the redirector, and it will automatically discharge excess parts into the oil container.
There is too little oil in the steering gear: when the lubricating oil of the steering gear leaks, the filtered oil pump will dry, heat, and even wear out, often accompanied by a harsh sound. In this case, the steering wheel will become very heavy, but still does not affect the steering function.
Tip: fill the lubricant in time until the steering is relaxed again. But if there is leakage, it is best to ask the car dealer for inspection and repair in time.
General steering machines do not require special maintenance. But to see the steering fluid, leakage can be found.
