(二)能够运用过去式描述过去发生的事情
(三)培养学生乐于阅读的习惯
二、教学重点： 
掌握部分不规则动词的过去式
三、教学难点：
掌握字母组合qu, sh, th, 的发音
四、教学过程：
(一)Warming up:
1.Sing a song “postman,  postman”
2.抢答复习第一单元的单词

What did you do yesterday?

What did they do yesterday?

(二)Part 1:
T:What are they doing ? 
S: One is reading books. One is watching TV.
1.听音回答问题：Where are the books from?
S: He borrowed the books. He bought the books.
学习单词borrow— borrowed
2.听音一起chant
(三)Part 2
1.T:Daming will visit his cousin in New York. His cousin wrote a letter for Daming. Let’s read it.
2.听音回答问题： What did Mum and Dad do for Daming?
学习单词another，history
学生自主读课文，分别画出含有be going to和动词过去时的句子。
教师引导学生复习一般将来时及一般过去时的句子结构。
3.跟读课文，学习单词与短语 in three weeks, ask questions, forget, listen to
clothes的th发什么音4.对子互读单词和短语，老师利用抢答的方式抽查学生。
5.小组读课文并展示
6根据课本内容完成填空
7.完成课本第54页第3部分练习，之后利用ppt 练习。
8.学习字母组合的发音qu, sh, th的发音

八、教学反思
本节课为了培养学生的听、说、读的能力和合作探究能力，我先展示单词，让学生有目的的去学，并同桌讨论交流，然后再在全班进行指名读，集体读、这样既照顾了各个不同层次的学生，也给了学生展示自我的平台。 在掌握了单词后，我又让学生交流短语，在掌握短语后又设计了“小组对话”的题型，让学生及时将所学运用于实践。
