每一个问题都有多有很多重要信息，包括：

∙ 被用户添加的所有评注
∙ 如果问题被解决了 - 查看问题的 解决结果
resolved是什么状态
问题类型
JIRA 为问题设置多个不同的类型以便于管理。下面列出了已经设置的问题类型。此外，你可以在管理页面自己添加更多的问题类型。
普通类型
 Bug（测试过程，维护过程发现影响系统运行的缺陷）
A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product.
 Improvement（对现有功能的改进）
An improvement or enhancement to an existing feature or task.
 New Feature（对系统提出新功能）
A new feature of the product, which has yet to be developed.
 Task（需要完成的任务）
A task that needs to be done.
子任务类型
 Sub-task
The sub-task of the issue
优先级
问题的优先级表示其重要性，以下列示出当前的优先级别。
 Blocker（阻碍开发或测试的工作进度，或影响系统无法运行的错误）
Blocks development and/or testing work, production could not run.
 Critical（系统崩溃，丢失数据，或内存溢出等严重错误，或必须完成的任务）
Crashes, loss of data, severe memory leak.
 Major（主要功能无效，新增功能的建议）
Major loss of function.
 Minor（部分功能无效或对现有功能的改进）
Minor loss of function, or other problem where easy workaround is present.
 Trivial（拼写错误或文本未对其等）
Cosmetic problem like misspelt words or misaligned text.
状态
每个问题的状态，说明所处工作流的处理阶段。
 Open（打开）
The issue is open and ready for the assignee to start work on it.
 In Progress（修改中）
This issue is being actively worked on at the moment by the assignee.
 Reopened（重新打开）
This issue was once resolved, but the resolution was deemed incorrect. From here issues are either marked assigned or resolved.
 Resolved（已修改完毕，但是等待验证，验证通过close，验证未通过则reopen）
A resolution has been taken, and it is awaiting verification by reporter. From here issues ar
e either reopened, or are closed.
 Closed（关闭）
The issue is considered finished, the resolution is correct. Issues which are closed can be reopened.
解决结果
问题的处理结果。
Fixed（已解决）
A fix for this issue is checked into the tree and tested.
Won't Fix（不能修复）
The problem described is an issue which will never be fixed.
Duplicate（重复提交）
The problem is a duplicate of an existing issue.
Incomplete（没有修改完毕）
The problem is not completely described.
Cannot Reproduce（无法再次复现）
All attempts at reproducing this issue failed, or not enough information was available to reproduce the issue. Reading the code produces no clues as to why this behavior would occur. If more information appears later, please reopen the issue.
