Equipment and Materials Export Contract

鉴于甲、乙双方均具备从事设备材料出口业务的资质和能力，为了明确各方的权利和义务，甲、乙双方按照平等、自愿、互利的原则，达成如下协议（合同）：

xport of equipment and materials, in order to clarify the rights and obligations of the parties, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement (contract) on the basis of equality, willingness, and mutual benefit:
第一条 产品描述
Article 1. Product Description
1.1 甲方同意向乙方出口以下设备材料：（具体设备材料名称），数量为：（具体数量）。

Party A agrees to export the following equipment and materials to Party B: (specific equipment and material names), with a quantity of: (specific quantity).
1.2 产品的技术要求、规格、质量标准等详细信息，应在双方签订本合同后的10天内由甲方提供给乙方。
The technical requirements, specifications, quality standards, and other detailed information of the products shall be provided by Party A to Party B within 10 days after the signing of this contract.
第二条 交货方式和期限
Article 2. Delivery Method and Deadline
2.1 甲方应根据乙方的要求和实际情况，协商确定交货方式。
Party A shall determine the delivery method in consultation with Party B based on the latter's requirements and actual circumstances.
2.2 甲方应在双方确定的交货期限内将产品交付给乙方。
Party A shall deliver the products to Party B within the agreed delivery deadline.
2.3 如因不可抗力等原因导致交货延迟，甲方应及时通知乙方，并双方协商解决措施。
If the delivery is delayed due to force majeure or other reasons, Party A shall notify Party B in a timely manner, and both parties shall negotiate and find a solution.
第三条 价格和支付方式
Article 3. Price and Payment Method
3.1 产品的价格应为：（具体价格），以（货币名称）结算。
The price of the products shall be: (specific price), settled in (currency).
3.2 乙方应在双方签订本合同后的10天内支付全款给甲方。
Party B shall pay the full amount to Party A within 10 days after the signing of this contract.

The payment method shall be (specific payment method), and Party B shall pay the amount to Party A according to this payment method.
第四条 质量保证
Article 4. Quality Assurance
4.1 甲方保证所出口的设备材料符合相关质量标准和技术要求。
Party A guarantees that the exported equipment and materials meet the relevant quality standards and technical requirements.
4.2 如乙方在收到产品后发现质量问题，乙方应在收到产品之日起10天内向甲方提出书面通知，并提供有关证明材料。
If Party B discovers any quality issues after receiving the products, Party B shall notify Party A in writing within 10 days of receiving the products and provide relevant supporting materials.
4.3 甲方应在收到乙方的通知后的10天内对质量问题进行调查，并根据调查结果和双方协商结果，采取必要的补救措施。
Party A shall investigate the quality issues within 10 days after receiving the notification from Party B and take necessary remedial measures based on the investigation results and mutual agreement.
第五条 违约责任
Article 5. Breach of Contract Liability
5.1 如任何一方违反本合同的约定，应向对方支付违约金，违约金金额为违约方单方向对方支付的合同金额的10%。
If either party breaches the provisions of this contract, it shall pay the other party a penalty. The amount of the penalty shall be 10% of the contract amount unilaterally paid by the breaching party to the other party.
5.2 另外，违约方还应承担与违约行为相关的其他损失赔偿责任。
In addition, the breaching party shall also bear other liability for compensation for losses related to the breach.
第六条 争议解决
Article 6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 本合同发生的争议应通过友好协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向甲方所在地的人
