二十一世纪是信息的世纪，随着社会经济的发展，社会信息化程度也越来越高，高校作为教育与科技的先行者，优秀的技术往往会被学校率先采用。优秀的学校管理决策者一定会毫不犹豫
地选择或者自主开发一个适合本校的图书管理系统。该图书管理系统包括以下三个功能模块。书库管理：包括新书登记，借书/还书，书籍挂失，图书信息查询，借书信息查询；借阅证管理：包括办理借阅证，借阅证信息管理，借阅证挂失；其它功能：添加账号，修改密码，退出系统。该图书管理系统实现了高校图书管理的基本功能，提高了图书管理的效率。
