摘要:1350390 Separation of phosphatides UNILEVER Ltd 22 Sept 1971 [23 Sept 1970] 45295/70 Heading C2P An N-acyl phosphatide is separated from a phosphatide without an acylatable amino group by acidifying a mixture comprising the phosphatides so that a 1% by weight aqueous dispersion of the mixture would have a pH of less than 3À5, and solvent fractionating the mixture with acetone and/or methyl acetate. The starting mixture of phosphatides may be obtained by acylating a mixture of N-acylatable and non-N-acylatable phosphatides, for example a mixture of cephalin (acylatable) and lecithin and inositol phosphatides (non-aeylatable). The mixture of phosphatides may also contain triglyceride oils and water. The acylating agent is preferably a carboxylic acid anhydride, and the acid by-product may be removed by distillation. The acid pH may be provided by an acid of pKa less than 3, such as hydrochloric or orthophosphoric acid. The non-acylatable phosphatides may be further fractionated by extraction with alcohol, since lecithin is more soluble than inositol phosphatides in alcohol.
