Also adults have more trouble than children in making new friends who speak the foreign language.
So the best time to learn a foreign language is when your need is clearest and you have sufficient time. If you are strongly motivated to study a foreign language and if you have enough time to do itthe best time to begin is now. The following questions are based on the above passage.
