PTFE powder-B01 applications
The molecular number of PTFE powder-B01 is only 1% of the general PTFE which not only maintained the excellent performance of the original, but also has high crystallinity dispersion, and easy to be uniformly mixed with other materials. It is widely used in the synthesis material modification, and can significantly improve the lubricity, wear resistance, non-adhesive and fire retardant of the substrate. Also can be applied to plastic processing modified plastics, modified resin, PTFE cable; senior non-stick coating, high corrosion fluorine coating in coating industry; printer ink jet powder in printing ink; transmission machinery senior lubricating oil and high load low velocity grease; roller non-stick coating in textile industry; military special material and high value-added products, etc.
In the area of Synthetic material, PTFE powder-B01 can be used as modifier for the composite material. It is reported that in the world market almost all the engineering plastics with improved lubrication properties are mixed with PTFE powder. For example, adding 5%-25% of PTFE powder,  the parts made from polyamide (PA), polyacetal (POM), polycarbonate (PC), acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer (ABS), polyethylene(PE) and other high performance engineering resin can significantly improve their wear, friction and viscous sliding properties etc., which can be used to make gears, bearings and pulleys, and can also be used to take the place of lubricant metal components in order to r
