摘要：A power trainer with removable weights for push-ups in the sitting position includes a handlebar (9) linked in such a way to first removable weights (4) by a swivelling lever (19) and a cable link (20) with pulleys that the weights are lifted when a person grasps the handlebar (9) and bends his or her arms. Also provided is a pedal (11) linked in such a way by another cable link (20) with pulleys to second removable weights (5) that the weights are lifted when the pedal (11) is stepped upon. The first and second removable weights (4, 5) are functionally interconnected in such a way that the first removable weights (4) can be lifted only when the second removable weights (5) are lifted at the same time, while the second removable weights (5) can be lifted independently of the first removable weights (4). This allows purely mechanical power trainers to be produced with which the concentric and eccentric parts of the exercise can be performed with different, precisely defined and accurately reproducible antagonistic forces.
