General installation check
一般性安装检查
- Labeling
- No damage
- All fixation elements are tightly installed
- Carefully check the inner of fan, there is must no foreign matter which produced by instruction
- Vibration isolators properly installed to ensure the uniform vibration absorb
- Pulleys tightly installed to the fan shafts
- Drive belt tension by squeezing the belt with the thumb and the index finger at the location as shown below:

Deflection <0.5cm each side, tight connection
- The impeller run steady, the position of the impeller won’t stop in the same position after running
- Correct rotation direction
- Freshly Lubricated
- 标签齐全，正确
- 没有损坏
- 所有的装配件都紧固地安装在一起
- 仔细检查风机内部，内部无施工遗留异物
- 减震器安装正确，能确保吸收减震
- 皮带轮紧固地安装在风机轴上
- 驱动皮带用指压法检查皮带的涨紧度，用食指和拇指在图示位置指压，每边的偏移<0.5cm.
- 叶轮运转稳定，手动盘车后，叶轮不总是停留在同一个位置
- 正确的运转方向
- 足够的润滑
