The IT8327 is a complete, cost effective, high- efficient solution that is ideal for Li-lon Battery Powored Mobile Supply.
VBAT is a complete constant-current/ constant voltage linear charger for one cell lithium-ion battery. The charge current of pre-charging and constant –current charging is adjustable and it can be programmed to 700mA. An external sense resistor sets the charge current with high accuracy. VOUT(5V)is a step-up DC-DC converter with internal power MOSFETs. It achieves 1A or 1.8A continuous output current over a wide input supply range with excellent load and line regulation.
The is available in a low profile SOP8/PP package.

Note 2: The IT8327 is guaranteed to meet performance specifications from 0°C to 85°C. Specifications over the –40°C to 85°C operating temperature range are assured by design, characterization and correlation with statistical process controls.
Note 3: This IC includes over temperature protection that is intended to protect the device during momentary overload. Junction temperature will exceed 125°C when over temperature protection is active. Continuous operation above the specified maximum operating junction temperature my impair device reliability.
