The Announcement of the Checklist of Ozone Depleting Substances
Under National Control in China

To fulfill the obligations under the Vienna Convention for the Protection of the Ozone Layer, the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer and its amendments, the Checklist of Ozone Depleting Substances under National Control in China is developed jointly by the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in conformity with the Regulation on the Administration of Ozone Depleting Substances ((Order No.573 of the State Council). It is hereby announced below.
