国家节水灌溉工程技术研究中心(新疆)简介
国家节水灌溉工程技术研究中心(新疆)于200212月经国家科技部批准组建,依托新疆天业(集团)有限公司、新疆农垦科学院和石河子大学,上级主管部门为新疆兵团科技局,20068月中心通过国家科技部验收,成绩优秀。
国家节水灌溉工程技术研究中心(新疆)组建以来,在专业化人才队伍建设方面,include中文中心有机整合和汇集了依托单位雄厚的技术研发能力和成果转化力量,形成了具备机械制造、塑料工艺、自动化控制、农田水利、农学、市场营销等十几个专业结构的人才队伍,现有固定人员125人,客座专家36人。
在产业化能力建设方面,中心充分依托新疆天业上市公司的产业化开发优势,引进、消化、吸收与创新国外节水灌溉技术设备,开发出具有自主知识产权的节水灌溉装备和产品。在节水设备及产品的总体研发能力达到国内领先水平,在大流量压力补偿式滴灌产品开发和节水灌溉应用技术领域达到国际先进水平。组建期间建成了世界上规模较大、产品质量一流的节水设备生产企业,年生产规模可供600万亩滴灌器材需求;形成了具有世界一流水平的节水灌溉生产装备开发与中试基地网络,为节水灌溉产业化推进奠定了坚实基础。
在工程化能力建设方面,中心膜下滴灌技术体系从西北干旱区的应用实际出发,巧妙综合地膜和滴灌的优势,实现了高效农业和节水农业的有机结合,形成了具有中国特的农业高效节水技术体系,使以列的“贵族农业”节水技术平民化,从温室走向了大田;中心组建以来,累计推广辐射滴灌面积达1500多万亩,实现节水65亿m3以上;形成了从节水技术咨询、规划设计、设备供应、施工组织、技术指导、人员培训及作物配套栽培技术等完善的技术服务体系建设,实现了全程全方位服务;由中心承担完成西部干旱地区节水技术开发与示范项目在国内18个基地建设评比中排名第一。
组建以来,中心发挥了巨大的辐射带动作用 在以新疆为节水灌溉核心示范区的基础上分别又在宁夏、甘肃、陕西、内蒙古、黑龙江、湖北和广西等省建立各类示范基地12个,辐射推广全国20多个省市,除大田棉花、番茄外,节水技术还推广应用到玉米、辣椒、甘蔗、烟草、大豆、马铃薯等30多种作物;实现了中国节水灌溉技术首次大规模成功输出国外,已推广应用到塔吉克斯坦、蒙古、巴基斯坦、津巴布韦、安哥拉、哈萨克斯坦和乌兹别克斯坦等7个国家,累计推广应用面积3.57万亩。

Authorized by Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) PRChina, National Center of Efficient Irrigation Engineering and Technology Research-Xinjiang(NCEIXJ) established on 16th December, 2002. and Based on Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co. Ltd.,  Xinjiang Farmland Reclamation Academy of Sciences and Shihezi University, NCEIXJ is leaded by The Science and Technology Bureau of Xinjiang Production and Construction Crops.  NCEIXJ passed the acceptance of the MOST and gain good grade on August, 2006.
Since Establishment of NCEIXJ, at the direction of the Specialization Talent Team Construction, NCEIXJ has organic integrated and compiled capabilities which are based on strong technology of R&D and achievements transformation. NCEIXJ has formed with mechanical manufacturing, plastics, automation control, irrigation and water conservancy, agriculture and marketing, etc. more than ten professional personnel structure, which has about 125 employees and 36 visiting professors.
At the direction of industrialization, NCEIXJ was fully relied on the industrialization development advantage of Xinjiang Tianye companies which has stock in the market, it intr
oduced,assimilated,absorbed and innovated abroad water-saving irrigation technology and equipment ,developed water-saving irrigation equipment and products with independent intellectual property rights. NCEIXJ reached domestic leading level on the overall capability of water-saving irrigation equipments and products, reached the international advanced level at large flow pressure compensated drip irrigation products development and application of water-saving irrigation technology. During the establishment, NCEIXJ establish enterprises which has a larger scale and high-class quality water-saving irrigation equipments in the world. The annual productions can provide about 0.4 million hectares required by the drip irrigation market; it formed a world-class production equipments of water-saving irrigation development and pilot-plant base network , established a stability foundation for promotion of water-saving irrigation technology and production.
At the direction of capacity-building in engineering, according to the application of the northwest arid area, the under-mulch-film drip irrigation technology system of NCEIXJ, integrated the advantages technology of film and drip irrigation, achieved organic integration of highly efficient agriculture and water-saving agriculture, formed highly efficien
t water-saving agricultural technology system with Chinese characteristics, realize civilian water-saving technology instead of Israel's "nobility agriculture”, and largely apply  in the open field instead of in the greenhouse.
The NCEIXJ has popularized the drip irrigation technology about 100 million hectares in China since its established, and save water up to 6.5 billion cubic meters. It formed perfect technical service system include technology consultation, layout & design, equipment supplies, construction management, technical guidance, capacity-building and cultivation technology etc, realize the whole course and omni-directional services. The project of developed and demonstrated technology of saving-water in Western arid area was undertaken and completed by the NCEIXJ, which is at the top of 18 domestic base constructions.
The center has taken an huge radiation extension function since its established. As the core demonstration zone of water-saving irrigation established  in Xinjiang, in addition, 12 demonstration bases has been set up in Ningxia, Gansu, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Heilongji
ang, Hubei and Guangxi etc. The water-saving irrigation technology has extend more than 20 provinces, besides applied on cotton, tomatoes, the water-saving technology has also been applied to more than 30 kinds of crops, such as corn, pepper, sugar cane, tobacco, soybean, potato, etc. It gets success in exporting first large-scale water-saving irrigation technology of China's to foreign countries. It has extended to about seven countries, such as Tajikistan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Zimbabwe, Angola, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. and popularized the drip irrigation technology to aboard about 2380 hectares.
