Guangfulin Prehistoric Cultural Relics Museum is located in the north of Xujing Town, Songjiang District, Shanghai. It is an archaeological site with a long history and rich cultural relics. As early as the Neolithic Age more than 5500 years ago, the ancestors of the Chinese nation lived and multiplied here.
The museum is divided into three major exhibition halls: the introduction hall, the cultural relics exhibition hall and the archaeological excavation hall. The introduction hall introduces the origin, formation, development and historical connotations of the Guangfulin cultural relics. The cultural relics exhibition hall displays various types of relics unearthed from Guangfulin and exhibits to the public. The archaeological excavation hall shows a large number of archaeological excavation and research equipment and the results of the excavation and research.
