一、已知条件
带传动设计的已知数据有:输入功率P,小带轮转速n1,传动比i,原动机种类,工作机载荷性质,中心距a,带传动每天的工作时数
二、设计题目
设计一破碎机装置用普通V带传动。已知:电动机Y型号位Y132S-4,电动机额定功率为P=5.5KW,转速n1=1440r/min,传动比i=2,两班制工作,希望中心距a不超过600mm,大带轮轴孔直径d=35mm。
