Civil Mediation Agreement

The Plaintiff: XXX, male/female, born on xxxx,  Han ethnic group, living at No.xx, the xx Floor,Unit x, Building xx, xx Road, xx Neighbourhood Committee, xx Community, xx District, Shenyang.
The Defendant: xx, male/female, born on xx, Han ethnic group, living at the same address with the Plaintiff.
Legal Representative: xx , male/female, born on defendantxx, Han ethnic group, living at xx Lane, xx, xxx, xx, USA.
Cause of Action: Child Support Dispute
It is found out that xx ,the Plaintiff is the father of the Defendant and the Plaintiff agreed to div
orce with xx, the mother of the Defendant on xx through the People’s Court of Lishan District, Shenyang. It was agreed during divorce that the Defendant would live with the Plaintiff, while later it was agreed through the meditation from the People’s Court of Dadong District, Anshan that the Defendant would live with xxx, the mother and the Plaintiff would pay child support of RMB 500 to the Defendant each month. However, the Plaintiff is presently bad off and thus he demanded not to pay the child support temporarily. Upon inquiry the Defendant has expressed consent with that.
Through mediation by this Court during the trial of this case,both parties have voluntarily agreed as follows:
1. xx ,the Plaintiff, will not pay the child support temporarily to xx, the Defendant, from January, 2014.
2. No other disputes are involved.
The case acceptance fee is RMB 100, RMB 50 as half charged and shall be born voluntarily by xx,the Plaintiff.
This Agreement is in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and thus confirmed by this court.
This Mediation Agreement takes legal effect upon being signed for receipt by both parties.
