This Donation Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on this ____ day of ____, 20__, by and between [Donor's Name], having its principal place of business at [Donor's Address] (the "Donor"), and [Recipient's Name], a non-profit organization registered under the laws of [State], having its principal place of business at [Recipient's Address] (the "Recipient").
