I study in XXX. The history of XXX can be traced back to XX, the XXth anniversary of the founding of XXX. With the motto of Xude's erudition, truth-seeking and innovation, the research of crop science, botany and zoology is at the forefront of the country. The campus is located in Guangzhou, known as the "flower city", with a total land area of 8,261 mu. The natural scenery and cultural landscape reflect each other, forming a beautiful environment of "a forest all over the world". My hometown is XXX. Xinxing rice noodles is famous in Guangdong Province. In recent years, the hometown has rapidly developed ,basing on the local brand - Wing group, which is a company focusing on breeding. With the characteristics of hot spring industry, windmill mountain scenery, temple folk culture, my hometown has catch the opportunity to develop the  tourism economy. According to local conditions to develop tourism, county economy drive . I Can obviously feel the change of development from infrastructure and living standards of residents in hometown. 从我对自我观察和反思来看，我的优点是积极阳光，体现在我的行动和心态上。我做事积极
认真，积极面对各种挑战，勤勉踏实，保持阳光的心态。我的缺点是比较慢热，适应新环境新变化需要时间，接受新观点需要先自我理解思考再去判断。一开始接触可能没那么快反应过来，这也会使我在一开始显得“慢半拍”。我的优点使我在“慢半拍”的时候自我激励，一步一个脚印前进。以上是我的优缺点简述，谢谢老师。
From my self-observation and reflection, my strengths are positive and sunny, reflected in my actions and mentality. I work actively and seriously. I actively face various challenges, diligent and practical. And I always keep a sunny attitude. My weakness is that I am slow to warm up. I need to takes time to adapt to the new environment and changes, and I need to understand and think deeply about new ideas before I judge them. I may not be as quick to react at first contact, which will make me seem "slow" at first. My strengths make me self-motivated when I'm "slow" and take one step at a time. 项目课题和一些领域的研究，对专业研究感兴趣，但也发现自己理论板块比较欠缺，本科阶段学习较为浅薄，自己希望在该领域继续深造，继续扩展自己知识体系，能够形成某个领域的思考体系。公共人文精神和扎根田野的情怀深深吸引着我。我以后想从事管理咨询相关工作，对知识要求很高，因此我希望通过读研来拓宽知识面并学习更专业的知识。以上是我读研的一些原因，谢谢老师。
In terms of professional interest and future planning, I think postgraduate study is my goal to pursue. University for three years actively, I involved in the project subject to understand project topic and research in the field of some. I interested in professional research, but also found that I lack of theoretical plates. Undergraduate study is relatively shallow, I want to further study in this area, continuing to broaden their knowledge system and forming a thinking system of a domain. I am deeply attracted by the public humanistic spirit and preciseness of rooted in the field. I want to engage in management consulting in the future, which requires high knowledge, so I hope to broaden my knowledge and learn more professional knowledge through postgraduate study.
