一、环境描写
1.Immediately/Suddenly/All of a sudden, an absolute/ complete +n. +ruled the +地点n. +and a wave of + 情绪n. +washed/swept over sb.
突然，一种绝对的...控制了...，并且一波...席卷了sb.
例句：Immediately, an absolute darkness ruled the forest and a wave of terror swept over her.
二、动作+心理描写
1.One’s heart pounding fiercely and one’s palm sweating, an inner voice told sb.
Sb. 心脏狂跳，手掌出汗，内心有一个声音告诉自己要...
例句: Her heart pounding fiercely and her palm sweating, an inner voice told her that she had to find a safe place.
2.adj. and adj. as sb. was, sb did sth, doing sth.
尽管又...又...，sb.依然做
例句： Tired and terrified as she was, Jane struggled to her feet, trying not to have a breakdown both physically and mentally.
3.Seeing/Hearing sth, sb felt a great sense of +情绪+welling up in sb’s heart and surging through sb.
看见某物，某人感觉一股强烈的+情绪 涌上心头，并涌遍全身。
4.情绪 and 情绪， sb spared no effort to do ... so
情绪和情绪，某人不遗余力做某事为了...
例句：Eager and excited, she flagged her yellow blouse and spared no effort to yell so as to attract others’ attention.
三、语言描写
1.Luckily/Fortunately, it didn’t take long before sb.
例句：Luckily, it didn’t take long before she found a cave.
2.Sighing with relief, she sensed a glimmer of ... and felt as if sth. had been doing and saying, “.”
如释重负地叹了口气，某人感觉到一丝...，某人感觉好像sth.在对他做什么，并且说：“...”。
例句:Sighing with relief, she sensed a glimmer of hope and felt as if the cave had been comforting her and saying, “Come in, you must be exhausted!”

2.Judging from the ..., it was evident that sb was still (without any help) sb was at a loss what to do.
从......判断来看，很显然依旧被困于...无助，不知所措。
例句：Judging from the quiet surrounding, it was evident that Jane was still trapped in the forest without anyone coming to the rescue. Jane was at a loss what to do.

（8）恐惧：

四、心理情绪描写
