摘要：PURPOSE:To enable a reaction tube to cope with a change of volume by furnishing the reaction tube with a seal member brought in close contact with the inner part of the reaction tube main body and with a detachable inner cover consisting of a supporting member. CONSTITUTION:The liquid sample 5 is received in the reaction tube 1. Then the inner cover 4 is inserted. The inner cover 4 is brought in the vicinity of the interface 5a of the liquid sample 5. A cover 3 is closed, and, after the heating operation is finished, the cover 3 is opened to remove the inner cover 4. The supporting member 4a of the inner cover 4 is pushed by the cover 3 to prevent the inner cover 4 from being raised by the vapor pressure of liquid sample 5 during heating. By this method, very small quantity of liquid sample is allowed to be sealed, and the vaporization is prevented.
