摘要：PURPOSE:To form a ceramic composite film comprising a mixture of at least two kinds of ceramics on the surface of a substrate by reacting a reactive gas with mixed gases prepared by halogenating at least two kinds of metals or semi-metals on surface of the substrate. CONSTITUTION:In a method for preparing a ceramic composite film by reacting a reactive gas with a vapor gas of a metal or semi-metal on the surface of a substrate to coat the surface of the substrate with a coated layer comprising a ceramic containing the metal or semi-metal as a constituting element, the following two steps are adopted. The first step for halogenating the powder of a mixture of at least two kinds of metals or semi-metals with a hydrogen halide to prepare a mixture gas comprising at least two kinds of vapor gases; and the second step for introducing the mixture gas and the reactive gas on the surface of the substrate to form a coated layer containing a ceramic mixture containing at least two kinds of metals or semi-metals as constituents.
