摘要：A heavy-duty antifouling coating having ultrahigh barrier and shielding
properties, and a preparation method therefor. The coating is a bicomponent system of A and B; the component A comprises a resin, a reactive diluent, a composite magnetic two-dimensional graphene nanosheet magnetized and oriented by a magnetic field, an anticorrosive pigment, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, and a dispersing agent, and the mass ratio of the components is 10-30: 10-20: 5-10: 5-10: 1-2: 1-2: 1-2; the component B is a curing agent; and the ratio of the components A and B is 1.8-2.2: 1. Graphene magnetized by the magnetic field of a magnetic material is used, and the material is oriented by the magnetic field on the molecular scale. Due to implementation of the orientation of flake graphite, the barrier and shielding characteristics of the graphene can be achieved, the function of a labyrinth effect can be provided, the graphene can be sufficiently applied to various application environments having product requirements of "prevention", "protection", "shielding", "separation", "resistance", and "sheltering", and the barrier and shielding functions of the material to which the composite magnetic two-dimensional graphene nanosheet is added on adverse factors and microbial bacteria in a moisture environment are greatly improved.
