摘 要
本文是对10万吨/年高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)的生产过程设计中反应器进行的设计,通过采用反应器设计的一系列方法以及强度校核等方法,设计出了生产反应所需的反应器,并且对反应器的零部件进行了简要计算,进而选出了零部件的型号;另外,本文还对所设计的反应器的过程控制、开停车方案以及危险性分析等作了说明,从而对所设计的反应器进行了全方位的分析;在本文的最后,附上了反应器的装配图,便于制造时进行参考。总之,本文为整个生产的工艺过程打下良好的基础。

ABSTRACT
This article is written for the reactor of 50000 tons one year of HIPS’s production process design. Through a series ways of reactor design and strength check, the reactor needed for reaction is designed out, and a brief calculation for parts of the reactor has been carried out. And then the models of the parts has been selected. In addition, the article also talks about o
n the design of the reactor process control, starting and ending the process, as well as risk analysis. And thus a comprehensive analysis of the reactor is carried. In the end of this article, the assembly drawing of the reactor is attached, which is convenient to refer to while manufactured. In short, this article lays a good foundation for the entire production process.
